“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.” Hebrews 8:10-11. [Jeremiah 31:33-35]
This promised covenant with the House of Israel is known as the New Covenant, or New Testament. It was ratified by Jesus Christ the promised Messiah (God's Anointed One) and sealed with His own blood. This New Covenant supersedes the Old Covenant made with the house of Israel, making that covenant null and void. This New Covenant is in fact the implementation of the Covenant first made with Abraham. It is the "Everlasting Covenant" which now ratified, can never be annulled.
